Green Cast is recycled acrylic, or Cast. Green Cast is produced from industrial cut offs, in fact it has never been really used. These cut offs are regrinded and new sheet are produced from these raw materials.
Green Cast:
76% less CO2 compared to the use of virgin raw materials.

The material PMMA can be regrinded to its original raw material without any effects on the finished product, nor the optical, nor the mechanical properties are affected. This process is known as de-polymerisation and offerrs the possibility to re-use these high quality raw materials for the production of these sheet. This process can be repeated time after time without any loss of quality - it is circular !
