In all European countries we have to sort our waste. This plastic waste is transformed into durable plastic boards. But it doesn’t stop there, because for applications with specific requirements, we develop them together with the customer, fully customised. For example, for projects in a coastal environment, we also adjust the composition of our boards. We then add extra UV stabilizers and anti-aging additives so that the material is even better protected against long-term exposure to sun, salt, and other weather conditions. Sand does not affect the boards' UV protection.

The durable plastic boards are standard protected against UV radiation and ageing. We achieve this through extra additives. Not an option, but our standard. This way they retain their strength and appearance for years, even in demanding outdoor environments.

Precision and flexibility 

The new production lines combine automation, precision and flexibility. Each board is produced under controlled conditions, ensuring consistent quality. Thanks to the quick changeover, both standard boards and more complex shapes can be produced with the same reliability.

Where needed, we adjust the material properties during production. Additives like mineral fibres or bio-based materials improve strength, stiffness and durability, ensuring each profile perfectly meets the project's requirements.
