Compoplast panel: ultralight and superstrong
Compoplast is in Europe a new product, after ait already had a succesfull launch in Canada and Autralia, where it is used for many diffrent applications. Floors in (electric) vehicles, separation walls, horse trailers, scaffolding, stagefloors and everywhere where 'lightweight' is needed. Compared to multiplex you save 50 to 65% of the weight. The Compoplast panel comes standard with an anti-slip layer, but can be supplied without.
This composite panel exists of two materials
- A honeycomb structured core that determines the thickness: 68% fibre optics / 32% Polypropylene.
- An upper and bottom side of fibre optics, wrapped four times - 4 ply creating the best strenth.
