ESD is an abriviation of  'Electro Static Discharge'.

Antistatic or ESD sheet are constantly electrically conductive (or dissipative) plastics. These antistatic sheet have specific surface and volume resistance and thanks to these characteristics they avoid electrostatic charging. By compounding and extruding high quality carbon black, carbon nanotube or IDP's, binding the molecules into a 3D matrix and achieves the desired conductivity according to IEC 61430.

These antistatic sheet are often used within the production process of micro chips, sensors and other mico electronics, where disposal of of static electricity is key. This avoids damage, pollution or expensive failure of equipment.

Antistatic sheet are available in different thicknesses, surface embossings and colours. Antistatic sheet are made in the E.U. and compliant with RoHS and REACH.

L-PS ESD ECO: Electrically conductive PS made of 100% regenerated PS. Conductive or dissipative. Carbon black based.

L-PS ESD 2.0: Electriacally conductive PS. Conductive or dissipative.Carbon black nanotube based.

L-PS ESD 3.0 Cleanroom: Electrically conductive, 100% virginwith ROHS and cleanroom certificate ISO 14644-1 ISO 4. Conductive or dissipative. Cleanroom certified.

L-PS ESD IDP: Electrically conductive PS. Dissipative IDP based.

L-PS/PE ESD: Electrically conductive PS/PE. Conductive or dissipative. Carbon black based.

L-ABS ESD: Electrically conductive ABS. Conductive or dissipative. Carbon nanotube based.

L-ABS/L-TPU: Electrically conductive ABS with electrically conductive TPU top layer. Conductive or dissipative.
